Even under extreme vibrations or dynamic loads, the HEICO-LOCK® wedge locking system provides maximum reliability.
When the screw is tightened, the outer radial teeth of the HEICO-LOCK® Wedge Washer System dig into each other’s respective contact surface.
If the safety system is subjected to dynamic loads, movement is only possible between the inner surfaces of the washers. This leads to an increase in clamping force.
