TMK 250 cutting head
With its compact design, high cutting force and well-thought-out construction, the TMK 250 is the ideal choice for forestry machinery and large hydraulic arms. Weighing only 300 kg, it can efficiently cut trees up to 250 mm in diameter and, thanks to its optimised geometry, provides a clean and precise cut without damaging the surrounding vegetation.

The recommended hydraulic pressure is between 180 – 300 bar, depending on the cylinder chosen.

Precise cutting up to 250 mm
The TMK 250 has been designed to handle cutting trees up to 250 mm in diameter without any problems. The optimized blade shape guarantees a smooth, smooth cut and a long service life even with intensive use.

Single-arm construction
TMK cutting heads were the first on the market to use only one movable arm. This innovative system delivers higher frame strength, precise blade guidance, lighter weight and easier maintenance compared to two-arm designs.

Suspension tilt system
The TMK 250 with Hanging Tilt model is designed for mounting on forestry machines and tractor hydraulic arms. A specially shaped “pocket” at the top of the hinge securely holds the log during the cut, and the optimized center of gravity guarantees stability during work and handling.

Optimized blade and arm
geometryThe lower part of the arm is more curved for better traction when suspended cutting when pressure cannot be applied by the machine. The deeper shaped blade keeps the tree in an optimal position, which guarantees a precise and even cut.

Clean cut with BrushGrapple
In combination with the BrushGrapple attachment, the TMK 250 can cut shrubs and smaller trees in a scissor motion that creates a clean cut without uprooting.

Compatibility and control
The TMK 250 hitch is compatible with all commonly used rotators on forestry and tractor arms. It only needs one double-acting hydraulic circuit to function, while up to 4 functions can be controlled via the TMK valve.
