- Thunderweb drill bits are characterized by a conical drill core that gains thickness towards the back of the drill bit. Standard drill bits have a constant thickness along their entire length. Even at its narrowest point, the core of the Thunderweb drill is thicker than standard drill bits.
- Parabolic cross-section of drill core: Large core thickness. Great inner strength.
- Chute geometry – The Thunderweb chute quickly ejects hot chips. It dissipates heat better and thus increases the life of the drill bit.
- 135° split tip – Precise positioning at the beginning, drill bit does not leak.
- The polished surface reduces friction and extends the life of the drill bit.
- Impact-resistant ABS housing with additional rubber corner protection.
