Filling grease presses is often impractical, lubricant residues leak on presses and pumps, the contents of the reservoir are not used to 100% and the buckets are difficult to empty efficiently.

 

Lube-Tools is a complete filling
system that enables fast, easy, clean and more efficient filling than with other devices. Since at least 98% of the content canbe used, the handling is economical and environmentally friendly . In addition, the system
is applicable to all types of lubrication.

The system includes an improved pump, including a stable cover that prevents tipping over due to its design. The design of the grease press itself is also improved. The press and pump are connected by a quick coupling before filling.

 

The grease guns and pumps are equipped with a release valve that eliminates pumping problems, a return nipple for the lubrication hose and a reinforced lubrication piston. An indicator spring shows when the tube/press is full. A special cleaning tool is located in the pump handle.
