T-11A Sequential Valve 7-210 Bar

Pilot-operated, balanced piston sequential valves will supply the secondary circuit with flow when the inlet pressure (port 1) exceeds the valve setting. The sequential valve pressure setting controls the pressure at port 1 relative to the pressure at the drain (port 3). These valves are insensitive to back pressure at port 2 (sequence) until the valve is adjusted. They can be used to regulate pressure instead of 2-way relief valves if there is pressure in the return pipe.

• All 3 sequential port cartridges are physically and functionally interchangeable (i.e., same flow path, same cavity for a given frame size).
• The W and Y controls (if available) can be specified with or without special settings. If no special setting is specified, the valve is adjustable throughout its range using the W or Y control. When a special setting is specified, this setting represents the maximum valve setting.
• The pilot flow continues to increase as the pressure at port 1 (inlet) compared to the pressure at port 3 (drain) rises above the valve setting.
• The opening of the main stage is protected by a 150-micron stainless steel screen.
• The pressure at port 3 is directly additive to the valve setting in a 1:1 ratio and should not exceed 5000 psi (350 bar).
• Not suitable for use in load holding applications due to coil leakage.
• Anti-corrosion cartridge valves are designed for use in corrosive environments and are marked with the model code suffix /AP for external stainless steel components or /LH for external components with galvanized and nickel. • It incorporates Sun’s floating style design to minimize the possibility of internal parts jamming due to excessive installation torque and/or cavity/cartridge machining variations.
